3D Model & Sculpt

Building on what they learned in our introductory 3D class, students will model and sculpt complex mechanical objects such as hinges, wind instruments, and other items with moving parts. To complete these fun projects, students will learn best practices in 3D printing — to ensure that their designs are printable — and how to design objects that are structurally sound.
